About The Position

Are you highly organized, people‑focused, and energized by fast‑paced work? We’re looking for an Assistant Recruiter to provide temporary support across our hospital recruitment teams.
In this role, you’ll partner with Specialty, Regional, Market, and Clinical Recruiters to help source talent, schedule interviews, and keep candidates engaged. You’ll jump in where the need is greatest—supporting high‑priority markets and helping deliver a standout candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer service, recruiting, or HR experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast‑moving environment
• Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and online tools
• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview days
• Connect with candidates via phone, text, and email
• Assist with job postings, recruitment marketing, and ATS (iCIMS) updates
• Support urgent hiring needs and provide recruiter coverage as needed
• Attend hiring events and career fairs (travel may be required)
