About The Position

To assist the radiologic technologist in the performance of procedures on patients by maintaining ample supplies and processing images for viewing by staff and physician. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree Preferred.
• Basic keyboarding skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the technologist in the performance of imaging procedures. 20 %
• Transport/escort patients to and from imaging services in a timely manner. 20 %
• Assist the technologists with room set up, scheduling, transferring patients to exam table, compiling patient history, pulling previous exams, and data entry into related systems. 20 %
• Ensure supplies are maintained and areas adequately stocked. 20 %
• Be proficient in understanding PACS for transmission of images to Radiologist for interpretation and EMR system for patient information, exam charging. 10 %
• Maintain record of images without interpretation and acquire results. 10 %
