The Assistant Purchasing and Receiving Manager is to be the support manager of the Purchasing and Receiving Manager who oversees 4 hotels purchasing and receiving functions. This position will have full responsibility over the loading dock and ensure that safety and proper receiving controls are being followed. Additionally, this position is to act as the purchasing and receiving liasion between operations teams, outside vendors and accounting through our purchasing system, Birch Street. The Assistant Purchasing and Receiving Manager is to anticipate operations needs and ensure all controls are being followed as required.
