Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of on-site multifamily property management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi or similar)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Willingness to complete Tonti University training assignments
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support residents, vendors, and team members.
- Lead property operations in the Property Manager's absence.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Support resident relations.
- Process rent payments and deposits.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Assist with leasing and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with community policies and company procedures.
- Deliver a positive living experience for residents.
- Ensure operations run seamlessly.
