We offer competitive pay up to $23.00 an hour plus ALL RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS up to $75/renewal and $75/rental! Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
Nice To Haves
- Yardi experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Handles and assists with lease renewals
- Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
- Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
