About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is looking for a dynamic, full-time Assistant Property Manager who takes initiative, drives results, and genuinely cares about the residents they serve. This role will be primarily based at Grande Oaks Apartments in Tampa, FL, with 50% of the time supporting Brandywine Apartments, also in Tampa, FL. Travel between both properties is required. Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2+ years in an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing role within the apartment industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
  • Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

  • Tax Credit/Affordable Housing (LIHTC) experience preferred
  • Yardi software proficiency
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • LIHTC and Yardi experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Property Manager to drive community performance and achieve strategic goals
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Build strong resident relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
  • Manage work orders and maintenance requests efficiently through Yardi software
  • Coordinate lease renewals, rental increases, and unit inspections with precision
  • Oversee seamless move-in and move-out processes that leave a lasting positive impression
  • Champion leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives
  • Maintain accurate, detail-oriented records and documentation
