The Assistant Property Manager's primary responsibilities include motivating and encouraging the Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks; compiling, understanding and utilizing market information on an on-going basis; and preparing for advancement to Property Manager. The position of Assistant Property Manager reports directly to the Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager's primary focus includes collecting rent, managing evictions and lease violations, approving applications, auditing move-ins, ensuring correct resident billing, completing monthly reports, assisting with property budget and bill submissions, resolving resident issues, assisting with leasing and tours, handling escalated service requests, and working with the property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals, and assisting with resident functions and renewals.
