The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the self-storage property. This includes successfully converting inquiries into rentals, managing accounts receivable, ensuring property cleanliness and appearance, marketing to local businesses, maintaining accurate customer records, performing light repairs and maintenance, monitoring the physical condition of the property, overseeing contractors, organizing foreclosure documentation, assisting with auctions, and managing truck rentals.
