The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, financial activities, and compliance with regulatory standards across two communities: Paseo at Californian and Bonnie Brae. This position is split between both locations, with 20 hours per week at each site, supporting a total of 106 units (53 units per property). Both communities operate under LIHTC (Tax Credit) programs, and experience in tax credit compliance is strongly preferred. This role requires regular interaction with residents, RHF corporate staff, vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies. In a senior living environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, compassion, and strong customer service skills while effectively managing responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
