About The Position

Habitat America is seeking an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Admirals Landing in Great Mills, MD. The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step into the Property Manager role in their absence, requiring excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail. Candidates must have at least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional. TCS certifications are a plus. Requirements

  • At least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar
