Responsibilities

Ensure tenant satisfaction
Assist in the creation of a warm and thriving community
Office person in charge of rent collection, utility payments, and lease negotiations
Interact closely with residents to ensure they are satisfied with their community experience
Give property tours
Fill vacancies
Undertake marketing campaigns
Oversee the professionals who perform property upkeep, such as landscapers and cleaning crews
Maintain property records
Document expenses
Track invoices
Manage the budget
