Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software, with strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

Tax credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
Yardi experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred
Experience with LIHTC communities and Yardi software is preferred

Responsibilities

Partner with the Property Manager to achieve community goals and keep operations running smoothly
Ensure compliance with company policies, LIHTC requirements, and applicable regulations
Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly, courteously, and with a solutions-first mindset
Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
Conduct unit inspections and oversee move-in and move-out processes
Support leasing activities and build strong resident relationships
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and documentation
