About The Position

The main focus of this position is processing applications, annual renewals, assist and direct in the absence of the Manager. You will support in managing rent increases, occupancy level, customer satisfaction, management reviews, inspections, etc. You will also be utilizing your leasing, hospitality and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should support in fostering an inclusive working environment to strengthen relationships with residents, owners, customers and employees. Relying on solid communication and a deep understanding of the values and needs of all those involved.

Requirements

  • Two years of apartment industry experience is required.
