About The Position

Cottonwood Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to join their team at Cottonwood Ridgeview Apartments in Plano, TX. This role involves providing in-person assistance and service to residents regarding rent, fees, and other charges. The Assistant Property Manager will coordinate leasing and resident activities, manage vendors, and be responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident files, managing delinquencies, and preparing and delivering legal and formal documents. This position may occasionally assume responsibility for the community when the Property Manager is unavailable or absent. Requirements

• Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Weekend availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Responsibilities
