About The Position

Landmark Property Services is seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a busy leasing office in downtown Richmond. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, personable, and experienced in leasing, customer service, and sales. This position requires the ability to work independently, as you will be the primary team member operating the leasing office.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leasing experience
  • Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Weekday + Saturday availability
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • management experience preferred
  • RealPage/ Onesite experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with leasing, tours, and resident relations
  • Process leases, renewals, move-ins and move-outs
  • Collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
  • Maintain resident files and financial records
  • Answer phones, perform general office duties, and support daily operations
  • Ensure strong customer service and compliance with Fair Housing laws
