Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, will be beneficial for generating reports and analyzing data.

Assisting with tenant relations
Assisting with property maintenance requests
Assisting with lease administration
Responding to tenant inquiries
Coordinating maintenance requests
Assisting with property inspections
Working closely with the Property Manager to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met in a timely manner.
