About The Position

Dollar Self Storage is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Property Manager for their newest and largest center in the Inland Empire. This is a full-time, 5-day per week position, including weekends, at a state-of-the-art facility. The role involves assisting the manager with maintenance, customer relationships, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the storage facility. The company is part of the Stadium Properties family, which develops and manages self-storage centers across the southwest, with a history dating back to 1989. They emphasize providing affordable, convenient, and secure self-storage units and fostering a supportive work environment with career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Retail Store Experience
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Flexibility: Weekends are required
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Rent storage units and prepare leases
  • Meet customer needs with the highest level of service
  • Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times
  • Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales and make deposits in a timely manner
  • Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner.
