Abode , one of the largest and effective nonprofits working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Parkmoor program in Santa Clara County. About the role: The Assistant Property Manager (APM) is expected to assist with day-to-day functions of the Property Management Department to support meeting performance guidelines set for individual properties.⯠This position will also complete administrative duties for local office functions.⯠The APM acts as a liaison between other departments and the Property Management staff at certain times for specific property related issues.
