About The Position

Habitat America seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Admirals Landing. The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step into the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional. Requirements

At least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar
3+ years Tax Credit Experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
