The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step into the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional.
