Working closely with the Property Manager, you'll help oversee leasing, resident relations, financial administration, and operational excellence to ensure a well-maintained, thriving community. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to three years of property management, leasing, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns.
  • Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and retention efforts.
  • Help resolve resident issues while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Assist with leasing activities, including tours, applications, and lease preparation.
  • Support occupancy goals by following up with prospects and maintaining strong resident retention.
  • Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach.
  • Collect and post rental payments.
  • Assist with delinquency management and collection efforts.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare reports and administrative documentation as requested.
  • Support monthly closing procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community and amenities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure service requests are completed promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining curb appeal and overall community standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
  • Support the Property Manager in achieving operational and financial goals.
  • Work collaboratively with leasing, maintenance, and regional teams.
  • Help foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Serve as acting Property Manager during absences, as needed.
