Accounts payable and receivable experience
Resident file management experience
Recertification experience
Waitlist administration experience
Move-in processing experience
Resident relations experience
Experience with HUD and company compliance requirements
Experience maintaining accurate records
Experience processing invoices in Yardi
Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors
Experience supporting occupancy goals
Experience working collaboratively with residents, maintenance staff, resident services, and corporate teams

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of St. Cecilia’s House & Robert McBride House, a 140-unit property.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain resident file management.
Handle recertifications.
Administer the waitlist.
Process move-ins.
Manage resident relations.
Ensure compliance with HUD and company requirements.
Assist with maintaining accurate records.
Process invoices in Yardi.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Support occupancy goals.
Collaborate with residents, maintenance staff, resident services, and corporate teams to support the overall success of the property.
