Assistant Property Manager - Deep River Apartments

About The Position

Deep River Apartments is looking for a Full‑Time Assistant Manager who enjoys staying one step ahead while supporting both residents and the management team. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in daily operations, processing applications and annual renewals, assisting with occupancy levels and rent increases, supporting inspections and management reviews, and confidently helping lead in the Manager’s absence. Your leasing, hospitality, and customer‑service skills, paired with clear verbal and written communication, will help keep the community organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate values collaboration and inclusivity, builds strong relationships with residents, owners, customers, and coworkers, and understands that great communication is at the heart of great property management. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of apartment industry experience
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Occasional holiday work may be required
