People’s Self-Help Housing (PSHH) is seeking a compassionate and organized Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at its Pismo Terrace property, a 50-unit tax-credit affordable housing community in Pismo Beach. The role involves assisting with property management duties, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance with housing regulations. The property serves low-income households, formerly homeless individuals, and transitional-age youth, and includes supportive onsite services and resident amenities such as a community room, laundry facilities, and accessible housing units. With a mission to build affordable homes and site-based services that offer opportunities to change lives and strengthen communities, People's Self-Help Housing is the longest-serving nonprofit organization on California’s Central Coast. We serve low-income working families, farm workers, seniors, and veterans, and we provide welcoming environments for those living with disabilities and for the formerly homeless. Along with building and managing beautiful and accessible neighborhoods in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties, we offer a broad array of programs to promote health, education, and connections to community-based resources.
