About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Live on South Federal Apartment Homes in Denver, CO. Our community is made up of 6 unique properties located along South Federal. We offer up to $30/hrs plus leasing & renewal bonuses and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement. Requirements

• 2 years' experience in multifamily housing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills.
• A willingness to complete online training and professional development courses.
• This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, soft credit check, and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, and leasing apartments.
• Maintaining the appearance of model and target apartments to showcase their appeal.
• Preparing and managing lease agreements and ensuring timely signatures.
• Assisting the Property Manager in marketing efforts and ensuring all materials are current and effective.
• Creating and managing daily online marketing campaigns, including Craigslist and other platforms.
• Monitoring "curb appeal" to maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Supporting resident relations and ensuring a positive living experience.
