- Reliable transportation required

- Multifamily, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Answer phones and assist prospective residents
- Conduct apartment tours and support leasing efforts
- Process applications and maintain resident records
- Collect rent, deposits, and application fees
- Receive and coordinate maintenance requests
- Prepare reports and assist with daily office operations
- Support the Property Manager and help ensure community success
