Your Responsibilities: We are seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager/Activities Coordinator to support our Framingham, MA portfolio. Cochituate Homes consists of 160 units and Bethany Hill Place has 41 units. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include processing recertifications, preparing reports, processing invoices, rent collections, entering work orders, and special projects. This role will also coordinate social activities/programs to engage the community.
