About The Position

CW is seeking a janitorial Assistant Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards. This role supports daily operations, fosters a positive team culture, and helps ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. Supervise a custodial team while ensuring high-quality work, a safe environment, and consistent adherence to company standards. Train, mentor, and motivate staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and proper equipment use. Assist with planning and assigning daily work schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage for regular, after-hours, and weekend shifts. Participate in daily custodial operations, including cleaning, inspections, and safety checks, to maintain consistent quality across all areas. Maintain and manage custodial supplies and equipment by overseeing stocking, ordering, routine upkeep, and inventory tracking to ensure all materials are available for daily operations. Respond to emergency cleaning situations including after-hours calls, biohazard events, and flood-related incidents while ensuring a prompt and safe resolution. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory or Team Lead experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of commercial janitorial or facilities maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and equipment handling.
  • Knowledge of janitorial safety standards and procedures, including OSHA standards and bloodborne pathogen protocols.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Valid RealID
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
