About The Position
The Externals group is working with a well-known and established commercial roofing contractor that is on the lookout for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Project Manager you would be there to to support all phases of construction projects by coordinating documentation, assisting with pre construction deliverables, project scheduling, and budget management while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in an Assistant Project Management or similar role within commercial roofing.
- Crew and client management
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare, process, and track all construction documentation throughout project life cycle
- Conduct budget reviews
- Oversee on-site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and project performance, identify required resources, and complete project closeouts.
