The Assistant Project Manager also assists in communicating material ordering, delivery, and addressing any challenges that could impact contractual timelines. Prior to commencing work, they assist the Project Manager in evaluating the contractual scope of work and ordering necessary materials. The role also involves proactively running reports to ensure project timelines and profitability metrics are met. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing relationships within the Sobieski teams, General Contractor, and other contractors to promote a collaborative environment, providing backend support and contributing to a winning team.
