To serve as the operational support of the Project Center team, driving the successful execution of front-end project requirements and streamlining daily department operations to maximize team efficiency. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in project management or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, residential construction, building façade or other related fields.
  • Ability to read architectural draws and specifications is preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Possess technical proficiency in to effectively oversee job operations
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft office

Responsibilities

  • Supports work plans for estimating and project management
  • Maintain the integrity of project documentation by ensuring all records are comprehensive, up to date, and securely archived in compliance with department standards.
  • Establish effective working relationships and communicate effectively to enable continuous exchange of project status and information with customers, vendors and team members.
  • Assist Project Managers with assembling and sending project submittal documents and managing orders with third party vendors.
  • Partner with internal and external customers to streamline order entry and proactively resolve complex billing, credit, collection, and claim disputes.
  • Facilitate administrative efficiency with daily departmental operations by managing essential administrative workflows, maintaining critical file systems, and generating standard reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to master advanced competencies, driving both immediate project impact and long-term career acceleration.
