The Assistant Project Manager supports new ground-up development and rehabilitation projects from site acquisition through construction and transition to operations. The position assists with project coordination, due diligence, entitlement activities, funding applications, budget tracking, scheduling, and project documentation. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Finance Department, Operations Department, and external stakeholders , including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, governmental agencies, and real estate professionals. This position requires periodic travel to project sites, meetings, public agencies, conferences, and other business-related locations.
