Assistant Project Manager
About The Position
STS is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist the General Manager of our location in Los Angeles. Our company specializes in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Projects range from new construction, tenant improvement projects, various types of remodel projects, emergency services, small repairs and restoration for a multitude of properties in the Los Angeles area. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in working in construction or previous project management experience
- Basic computer skills (Email, spreadsheets, etc)
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with construction management software and Office 365 is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting the General Manager with managing projects in process.
- Assisting the General Manager with updating allowance and budget spreadsheets.
- Meeting subcontractors for site walks and scope reviews
- Assisting the General Manager with various administrative tasks
