About The Position

National Technology Integrators, LLC (NTI) is a fast-growing national AV, security, and IT contractor committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. To support our continued growth, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager. This role will be located in our office in Port Washington, Wisconsin, and will work within the Project Management Team. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage small to midsize projects, overseeing project teams and ensuring successful project completion.
  • Review detailed project plans and budgets, develop schedules, and monitor progress throughout the lifespan of the project.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and address any issues promptly.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide entry-level project engineers, providing support and fostering their professional development.
  • Collaborate with Project Management senior personnel to develop strategies for project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization.
  • Successfully runs 8 to 10 projects totaling $3,500,000 to $5,000,000 at a time.
