About The Position

We are seeking an electronic security assistant project manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This position will work directly with a Project Manager to assist in completing projects.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superior problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Prior internship experience within project management or related field
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other project management & design products

Responsibilities

  • Attending project meetings
  • Assisting with resource scheduling, such as installation and subcontractor team coordination
  • Onsite technician support
  • Project quality control
  • Staging of equipment
  • Project documentation assembly and review
  • Assisting with invoicing & project tasks
  • Representing NextGen Security as the valuable point of contact for our valued customers
  • Local travel may be required for this position.
