The Assistant Project Manager is an integral part of the team and is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. They will interact with everyone from construction trade partners to homeowners. The Assistant Project Manager is the entry-level path to becoming a Construction Project Manager so this person will have the ability to learn from our team of and Project Managers. This is a great position for someone eager to break into the construction industry. On-the-job training will be provided to help you continue to grow throughout your career. As an Assistant Project Manager, they will work closely with 2-4 Project Managers. With regular, frequent communication with the Project Managers, this person will be responsible for completing the most time-sensitive related activities. These items could include material deliveries, follow up phone calls, trade partner questions, and many others. The Assistant PM will actively “pull” work from the PMs as their capacity increases. This person will work in the field on job sites daily delivery materials, cleaning up, and other tasks so you must be able to lift 30 pounds, have a valid driver's license, and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
