About The Position

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their PMCM Team in Bethlehem, PA. The Assistant Project Manager will partner with experienced project managers and technical professionals to support day-to-day project execution, coordinate critical tasks, and help deliver high-quality results for clients and communities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, engineering management or related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment.
Motivated self-starter who works well independently and supports management.
Adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation.

Nice To Haves

No prior experience required, however, prior internship(s) and/or applicable coursework preferred.
Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing proposals, developing scope, schedules, and budgets alongside technical and market teams.
Address client needs and resolve project issues with professionalism and care.
Support the planning and implementation of projects from inception to completion, tracking deliverables and reporting progress.
Create project timelines and schedules with minimal supervision.
Facilitate communication between office and field staff, ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Support compliance with specifications and project schedule and budget requirements.
