Requirements
- Construction background preferred.
- Ability to use office suite.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid license.
Nice To Haves
- Some travel is possible (as a PM mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing construction projects.
- Oversee community building initiatives.
- Handle change orders, RFI's, submittals, construction schedules, AIA billing, and budgets.
- Traverse job sites and uneven terrain.
- Potentially travel for project needs.
