The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. The APM partners with Project Managers, Construction Managers, General Contractors, trade partners, design teams, and owner representatives to maintain schedule, cost, quality, safety, and documentation requirements. This role is responsible for project controls, RFIs, submittals, change management, procurement tracking, meeting coordination, schedule monitoring, field verification, commissioning support, and stakeholder communication. The APM serves as a critical link between field operations and project leadership, ensuring construction activities remain aligned with project objectives and owner expectations. This aligns with typical mission-critical APM responsibilities found within Overwatch, Oracle, and other hyperscale delivery environments.
