We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of commercial real estate due diligence projects. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping projects on track—coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role
  • Exposure to project management tools or CRM systems preferred
  • Experience in commercial real estate, due diligence, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
  • Assist in managing project kickoff by gathering and organizing required documentation
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, surveyors, and contractors
  • Track deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding items to maintain project momentum
  • Provide timely updates on project status, including risks, delays, and key developments
  • Help ensure alignment across stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized digital project files and documentation
  • Review incoming materials for completeness and perform quality checks on deliverables
  • Support budget tracking, invoice preparation, and updates within CRM/project management tools
  • Assist with reporting, presentations, and client communications
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and project tracking
