The primary responsibility of the Assistant Project Manager is to oversee incoming leads from conversion to active job status through to completion and customer invoicing. This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers and Production to maintain accurate work-in-progress files and audit daily documentation for all job files. Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager will review the scope, estimate, and job file documentation to ensure all program requirements are met and all work performed is accurately invoiced.
