Requirements

A high school graduate or equivalent
Experienced with 2 or more years in the construction industry
In possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to reliably report to our Little Chute, WI location and travel to project sites as needed
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning construction management software
Highly organized with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with field and office teams

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
Traffic control, pavement marking, or roadway construction experience

Responsibilities

Assisting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and executing projects
Coordinating field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Communicating with customers, contractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project success
Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and progress
Assisting with project documentation, inspections, quality control, and closeout activities
Helping ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory safety standards
Promoting Forward Traffic & Marking's commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
