Pivot Energy is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Department. This role involves a myriad of technical and administrative tasks supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects. The Assistant Project Manager will contribute to project success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and appropriately administered by Pivot and its contracting partners. The position requires familiarity with general construction business, typical project controls, safety compliance, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver capable of managing change in company priorities, project scope, schedule, and other lifecycle elements. Key expectations include managing financial funding requirements, issue logs, submittals, budget and schedule updates, sterile document management, and data rooms, while maintaining high communication with internal and external stakeholders.
