About The Position

STV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its PM/CM group in Texas. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, execution, and completion of school construction projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, vendors, school administrators, and local government entities to deliver safe, functional, and sustainable projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in vertical project management.
  • Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED AP, or similar credentials are preferred.
