As Assistant Project Manager you have broad responsibilities for the overall success of the account assigned to you and the growth of the Company.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 2 years experience in parking management preferred
  • Candidates must meet all of the following:
  • Experience supervising employees in a service, operations, parking, hospitality, or facilities environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
  • Professional communication and customer service skills suitable for client-facing environments
  • Experience supporting budgets, expense tracking, or operational reporting
  • Ability to handle a high volume of operational communication (email, phone, in-person)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Demonstrated professional business acumen with a polished and professional presentation style.
  • Prior experience managing a team of employees, including supervision, performance management, and accountability.
  • Experience creating, managing, and analyzing budgets, with a clear understanding of financial reporting and cost controls.
  • Highly professional demeanor and polished communication style appropriate for executive and client interactions.
  • Strong professional business writing skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct correspondence and documentation.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of emails daily, read thoroughly, and respond promptly and professionally

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high level of guest service delivered at all times.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels for the site.
  • Support the valet operation as needed/ requested.
  • Fill in scheduling gaps, respond to call offs and schedule changes.
  • Maintain professional and responsive customer and client service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Employee recruiting, training, development, accountability, safety and well-being.
  • P&L management and execution against budget.
  • Reporting and documentation as required by each account, client and company executives.
  • Procurement of all supplies needed for operations through company expense procedures.
  • Execution of marketing plans, implementation and maintenance of revenue control procedures and analysis.
  • Compliance with all laws, rules, policies, and safety-standards.
  • Support and positively contribute to company’s Mission, Values, and Culture.

  • Assist with projects in the portfolio as requested.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
  • Assist in managing daily parking operations across multiple garages and facilities
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to supervisors, attendants, and support staff
  • Ensure locations meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, signage, and traffic flow
  • Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and coverage needs
  • Support development and implementation of site-specific operating procedures
  • Help ensure parking operations meet the needs of patients, visitors, and medical staff
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and service-focused environment in high-sensitivity settings
  • Respond promptly to operational issues that may impact patient access or facility flow
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with property management and client contacts
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and service escalations
  • Support implementation of revenue control and customer experience initiatives
  • Assist with budget monitoring, expense management, and financial reporting
  • Track operational performance metrics and compile required reports
  • Coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company and client requirements
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
  • Reinforce company policies, safety practices, and performance expectations
  • Support employee accountability, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Travel regularly between assigned Culver City and Santa Monica locations
  • Support special projects, audits, and company initiatives as needed
