What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, facilities management, or construction management, preferably in a mission-critical, secure, or government environment. Strong working knowledge of construction documents, project controls, and contractor coordination. Experience with cost tracking, estimating, and proposal analysis. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management systems is a plus. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a Top-Secret security clearance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing multiple design and construction projects from inception through completion, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate and oversee design consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.
  • Support projects including: Tenant and common area renovations Mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure upgrades Lighting and site/landscaping improvements
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs; track responses and coordinate with the Architect and Engineer of Record.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid analyses, change orders, and contractor proposals.
  • Monitor construction progress, participate in site meetings, and assist with schedule tracking and issue resolution.
  • Participate in QA/QC and safety reviews to ensure work is performed in accordance with contract requirements and mission-critical best practices.
  • Maintain the on-site drawing library and ensure timely incorporation of as-built documentation.
  • Support property management with building inspections, maintenance coordination, and operational projects as needed.
  • Assist with coordination of tenant impacts related to construction activities.
  • Provide limited administrative support related to project documentation, contracts, and invoicing.
