About The Position
ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an experienced Fire Restoration Professional to join their team as an Assistant Project Manager. This role involves leading restoration projects, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The company specializes in disaster restoration services, rebuilding homes and businesses after disasters, with a focus on integrity and quality.
Requirements
- Current or recently expired IICRC certifications in FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CPT, UFT.
- Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in fire restoration.
- Strong practical skills in restoration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great work ethic.
- Results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation, including smoke and odor remediation.
- Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
- Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
