The Assistant Project Manager (APM) – Critical Infrastructure supports the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical construction projects under the direction of a Project Manager. This role owns defined portions of project execution—such as RFIs, submittals, schedules, procurement coordination, and change management support—while gaining exposure to full project lifecycle responsibilities. The APM serves as a key link between project management, field teams, vendors, and internal support functions. This position is intended for a developing project professional who can operate independently within assigned scope, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate risks appropriately. Successful performance in this role prepares individuals for advancement into a Project Manager (Level IV) position.
