The Assistant Project Manager supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure high-quality results, client satisfaction, and project profitability. This role works closely with the Project Manager to assist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance. The Assistant Project Manager helps manage subcontractor performance, supports Project Engineers, and contributes to the overall administration and delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout. The position also develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment while upholding CPPI’s values and commitment to excellence.
