The Winter 2027 Assistant Project Management Bootcamp is designed for new Assistant Project Managers (APMs), offering a structured pathway into the Aldridge project lifecycle. This 15-week program integrates new hires into our processes through a combination of traditional classroom training, interactive activities, and on-the-job mentorship. Participants will gain essential skills and knowledge to thrive in their roles and contribute effectively to our projects. The 15-week program is structured to include 6 weeks of classroom instruction and 9 weeks of on-the-job site experience. Classroom sessions are held in Illinois, primarily at our Des Plaines office, with occasional sessions at our Lake Forest headquarters. The program generally follows a rotation of one classroom week followed by two weeks on the jobsite at your assigned location within the United States, with occasional variations such as consecutive classroom weeks or a three-week jobsite rotation. Upon successful completion of the program, participants transition into a full-time role on their assigned project. Aldridge currently operates across 32 states.
