About The Position

This is a temporary, six month assignment. Provide administrative support to New Installation (NI) Project Managers to help keep projects organized and moving forward. Our elevators, escalators, and moving walks safely transport more than two billion of us up and down buildings and across transportation hubs every day. Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • prior administrative assistant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with billing, including follow‑ups on ESM tickets and coordination with the Business Service Center (BSC)
  • Supporting certified payroll documentation
  • Assisting with permit tracking and coordination
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support NI Project Managers as needed
